Aircraft inspection and design discussion with customer
Remove flight controls and fairings as necessary
Cover windows, antennas, plastic/fiberglass fairings and any items that may be damaged by chemical stripper (if necessary)
Chemically strip existing paint
Pneumatically clean rivets and lap seams
Alkaline wash the aircraft
Acid etch and apply Alodine to the aircraft
Cover and mask plane to protect from paint process
Apply epoxy primer/block primer and sand smooth after dry
Do body work as necessary
Apply base coat
Apply stripe design layout
Apply color for stripes, cleae coat, polish, and unmask after dry
Install all removed items with new locking hardware
Detail and touch up
Present to customer
